The "R" of RBA is Debbie Ryan. Debbie is an environmental meteorologist and air quality engineer with over 20 years of experience in air quality management, atmospheric dispersion modeling, and radiation protection issues. Previously, Debbie was a Senior Environmental Meteorologist with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and an Air Quality Program Manager with Kleinfelter, Inc. She also held a position with the San Diego Air Pollution Control District, supporting the Air Toxics and Rule Development Programs. Debbie received a BS in Meteorology from Penn State, and professional certification in both Hazardous Materials Management and Air Quality Management at the University of California, San Diego Extension. The "B" is Richard Belanger. Rich is a Certified Health Physicist with a broad background in radiation protection, radiation dosimetry, and non-radiological health and safety. Former positions include Director, Environmental Health and Safety, San Diego State University, Senior Scientist with SAIC, and Nuclear Safety and Training Engineer with Westinghouse hanford Company. Rich received an A.B. in Biology and an M.S. in Radiological Physics, both from San Diego State. "R&B" are supported by a talented team of associates, with expertise in virtually all major aspects of environmental protection, radiation safety, and related areas. We also have a history of working closely and successfully with other consultant firms on major projects, and invite inquiries regarding possible joint participation in future projects. |
