Telnet to your Sphynx Server.

Note: Sphynx Server 2 complete virtual server only.

Open a telnet session and do a cd (change directory) to your server's root directory. Here is an example session. The portions in bold are what you would enter:

server: {1} % vrmuser

Please enter the Email/FTP User Name to be *removed*.

Email/FTP User Name: username

Are you sure you want to remove "username"'s account (y/n)?
y
Password entry removed...
Mail file removed...
POP file removed...

Email/FTP User account removed successfully.
