Yes, no problem.

You will have to submit a DNS modify record request to InterNIC andd move the authoritative name server from whatever it is now to our DNS server. We'll be glad to help by providing you with the proper NIC template for the changeover when you order a server. For instructions write our support staff.

Domain name modify requests take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for InterNIC to process. Meanwhile you can use your virtual server's IP address to access your system and begin setting up your website.
