Only you and the Sphynx system admin.

Only you and the system administrator at Sphynx have access to your server directories. We will not interfere with nor look at your server directories or files. We will occassionally (once a month) login to your server to check reponse time, etc. We will not change any configuration or file on your server unless you ask.

By default your virtual server is set up such that no other users can access your directory tree. The only files outsiders will be able to see is what you let them see - your web pages in your htdocs directory and your anonymous ftp site.
